Head Baker Needed for Publican Quality Bread Production Bakery! $80-85k based on experience. Responsible for day-to-day leadership and operations of the bakery. At least 3 years of relevant bakery management experience required. This role combines hands-on baking expertise with people leadership, production planning, inventory management, and operational oversight. Must have experience in all of pastry, bread baking, and savory roles.
