Edgar’s Bakehouse is seeking an experienced bakery leader to oversee and grow a dynamic, high-volume production operation serving cafés, wholesale accounts, catering/events, and e-commerce channels.
This role blends artisan bakery leadership with operational strategy and team development. The Director will lead production planning, quality assurance, food safety, inventory control, and workforce training while maintaining exceptional product consistency and customer experience standards.
The ideal candidate has experience leading large-scale bakery or food production teams, building systems for growth, and balancing craftsmanship with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
