    How You'll Contribute to Our Success

    As the Technical Services Manager, you will be a vital asset, contributing your expertise in implementation, quality control, and technical services to support our clients and drive business growth. Your unwavering commitment to safety, exceptional communication skills, and deep industry knowledge will be instrumental in providing timely, accurate, and effective technical support. You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

    What You’ll do as a Technical Services Manager

    •  Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety protocols and participate in safety programs
    •  Provide technical support and services to new, existing, and potential accounts Assist sales team in gaining new business and maintaining client relationships
    •  Ensure timely and accurate completion of product application and line extension projects
    •  Conduct field evaluations and provide recommendations for product improvements
    •  Communicate technical information through reports and database inputs
    •  Maintain accurate testing instructions and provide technical service to customers
    •  Assist in project development and design
    •  Stay updated on industry trends and baking processes
    •  Attend trade shows, summits, and continuing education to share insights Provide technical training and ensure customer satisfaction
    •  Communicate effectively with management and production personnel Troubleshoot application problems and participate in product testing
    •  Identify market opportunities and make recommendations for new product development
    •  Other duties as assigned

    Required qualifications:  

    •  High school diploma or equivalent and formal baking training
    •  5 or more years of practical experience in the baking industry
    • Ability to analyze baking process, explain and demonstrate products, make objective recommendations to correct application problems while maintaining awareness of customers’ concerns and quality expectations
    • Excellent analytical skills are required to solve difficult technical problems for major customers
    • Ability to travel 85% of the time throughout North America with occasional additional international travel (must maintain a current passport and/or VISA)
    •  Weekend and early/late working hours are required as needed

    Preferred qualifications: 

    •  Proficiency in a second language preferred but not required – Spanish or French
