
Art’s Cafe is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for sourdough baking, local grains, bakery production, pastry and business development/leadership
Responsibilities:
Lead daily production of sourdough breads - determining batch sizes, mixing, shaping, baking Ensure consistency in bread production from mix to bake Support staff involved in pastry production Work with the bread team to expand skills and product offerings
Qualifications:
3-5 years of sourdough baking experience in a production capacity but serious home bakers will be considered Experience in a fast paced food service or retail business Ability to work efficiently in a small space, maintain high standards, lift and bend repeatedly,
Wages & Benefits: Staff Pay-$15.50 (w/tips $18-19) Worker Owner-$18.50 (w/tips $21-$23) Worker Owners receive PTO and are eligible for profit sharing
