L’Appartement 4F, a renowned French bakery in Brooklyn, seeks an experienced Head Baker for our new West Village location opening soon. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional baking experience, leading a team to produce exceptional French pastries and breads. Salary is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Key responsibilities include managing the baking team, maintaining equipment, innovating recipes, and ensuring product quality. The role also involves inventory management and staff training. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The candidate will play a key role in the opening of our new location.

The position is available immediately. Passion for baking and flexibility are a must. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work early morning/overnight shifts required.
