The cool, marine climate of the Pacific Northwest creates the ideal environment for growing red raspberries that will be frozen within hours of being harvested and transformed into versatile formats. Come join the Guild and the Retail Bakers of America for a very special event, made possible through the support of the Washington Red Raspberry Commission.

Held at Guild member Leslie Mackie's hip Sodo retail shop, guests will have the opportunity to sample sumptuous products featuring Washington Red Raspberries, produced by Macrina Bakery. Learn about applications of these beautiful berries while connecting with your fellow bakers.
