Interactive Demo

Bee+ Baking

with Richard Miscovich

You’ll get an ‘A’ in this class that explores two unique products that revere honey like the queen she is.

In this interactive demo, Richard will demonstrate Honey Rosemary Focaccia with Grapes. This flatbread is partly savory, but also sweetened with honey and makes your bakery or kitchen smell great. Delicious in that out-of-hand focaccia kind of way but also wonderful grilled and used for interesting sandwiches.

Honey Sourdough Rye Cookies with Currants and Walnuts include a rye sour and are sweetened entirely with honey. This hearty, delicious and interesting cookie enjoys a long shelf life…if they last that long.
