Wild Yeast Bakery, Corvallis, Oregon, is looking for a bakery manager. We are a small, mission-driven sourdough bakery, dedicated to whole grains and local organic food as we contribute to a sustainable local food network.
The basic functions of this job are:
- To collaborate with the owners to administer the bakery’s goals, finances, and production.
- To manage personnel including hiring processes, training, and scheduling.
- To do sales analysis to plan bakery production with the department leads.
- Coordinate wholesale and special orders and ensure product delivery.
