Compensation for this role: $62,000 - $90,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
- Ensure all products leaving the department meet Bread Alones exacting standards, manage resources, and oversee scheduling effectively.
- Actively communicate across departments to address issues and foster continuous improvement in processes.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, curiosity, determination, and integrity.
- Train team members hands-on, ensure they meet performance standards, and provide continuous feedback.
Requirements:
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks in environments with high levels of heat and cold.
- Proven experience in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, equipment operation, and bakery production techniques.
- Ability to back up any production workstation, ensuring continuous operation.
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and additional hours as needed.
- Be able to stay calm and focused when dealing with individuals that have bad behavior or are not able to comply with the policies and rules.
