Erika Baking Equipment is seeking a Sales Consultant to support our bakery equipment distribution business in Northern New Jersey.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the bakery industry and an educational background in culinary arts, business, engineering, or industrial technology. This in-person role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage client consultations, equipment training, installations, and key accounts.

Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office, familiar with CRM/ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), and comfortable with regular travel. Spanish is a plus. Competitive salary, benefits, and bonuses included. Use your love of baking to connect with other bakers in a new and exiciting position!
